Cooking: Coconut and Strawberry Agar Agar Pie

Tonight we are trying very unique combination, agar agar on top of pie crust.

The agar agar is strawberry favoured with coconut agar on top. It tastes very nice. Salty at the bottom. Fruity sweetness in the middle and coconut on top.
