Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)

After searching from Internet, there are two ways of doing this Brazilian Cheese Bread. First method is putting all the ingredients in blender to mix and then put the mixture in muffin tin to bake. Another method is a bit more complicated. Here, we linked two different methods of making Brazilian cheese bread. Enjoy!

We followed the recipe from The Kitchn and also converted tapioca flour to gram, which is around 280g. We think it is a bit salty to us. We will reduce the amount of salt to half teaspoon instead. The breads were in the oven for 20min 190 degree celsius but over baked. We will reduce the time to 15min.
